Words are driven into the pigment and deliberately crossed out. To strike through a word is to enact a vital cancellation: heightening its physical presence while stripping it of institutional authority. At its most distilled register, figurative flesh drops away entirely, leaving raw silhouettes rooted over crossed-bone cosmograms (vèvè) and ritual seals (points chauds). A Talismanic Geometry.
